Returns & Refunds Procedure

We will only accept returns if the product is faulty, the size of the product is unsatisfactory, or LTU Online has made a error with the order. In the event of unsatisfactory product sizing, LTU Online will make every effort to exchange products, depending on stock availability. The merchandise must be in new condition with labels attached. If the goods are in new condition we will refund the cardholder less the postage costs, or exchange the goods. Any additional postage costs to be borne by the cardholder.

Order Cancellation Details

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order and refund the cardholder in full. We will however endeavour to do so. Please call 01457 879900 stating your order reference number when cancelling any orders.

Delivery Policy

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped out according to the shipping method selected on the order. All delivery times are estimates and are the responsibility of the courier service and not LTU Online.

Account Cancellation Details

To cancel your LTU Online account, you are required to contact us directly. Inactivity on your LTU Online Account does not constitute or imply cancellation of the service . We accept Account cancellation requests via the following methods:

Once you have submitted a request to cancel, we will confirm a cancellation date with you so that formal deactivation of the Account can occur and you know when the files will be permanently purged from our servers.
